Thank you for supporting independent music through Cosmic Fire Records! We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Please read below for our return and refund guidelines.
📦 Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Products must be in new, unused, and original condition.

Apparel must be unworn and unwashed.

CDs and vinyl must be sealed, unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Customers must contact us before returning any items.

To initiate a return, please email us at support@cosmicfirerecords.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If the return is approved:

A full or partial refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective/damaged product, etc.).

In the case of combo bundles, partial returns may not be accepted unless otherwise agreed.

💥 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or with missing/wrong items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package.
Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos if possible.

We will either replace the item or issue a refund — at no extra cost to you.
🧾 Non-returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Opened CDs or vinyl records (unless defective)

Digital downloads

Gift cards

Sale / clearance items

Items marked as final sale

🌍 International Orders

We ship worldwide from Europe. Please note:

Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer (unless we shipped the wrong or damaged item).

Customs duties or import taxes are not refundable by us.

Delivery delays due to customs are beyond our control.

⏳ Pre-orders

Pre-order items are charged at checkout to secure your copy. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items:

We will ship the full order once all items are available, unless you request separate shipping (additional fees may apply).

Estimated release/shipping dates are subject to change due to manufacturing delays.

If you’d like to cancel a pre-order, please contact us before the shipping process begins.
📫 Return Address

Return instructions and address will be provided once your request is approved by email. We recommend using tracked shipping for all returns.
